Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of LimoLift LLC services and your responsibilities as a client.
1. Booking and Payment
•Reservations: Provide accurate contact, pickup, and payment details.
•Payment: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is due prior to the service.
•Cancellations: You may cancel without penalty 24 hours prior to the service. Cancellations made later will incur a charge of 85% or full booking amount.
2. Client Responsibilities
•Timeliness: Be ready at the agreed pickup time. Delays may incur wait-time fees.
•Damage and Behavior: You are liable for damages caused by you or your party, including a $100 fee for carpet or seat burns and a $250 sanitation fee for excessive cleaning. Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited.
•Driver’s Authority: Our drivers can terminate the service without refund if the client engages in illegal or inappropriate behavior.
3. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseeable events. Additionally, we are not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
4. Overtime Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Overtime fees apply after this window at the prearranged rate.
5. Safety and Capacity
It is illegal to stand through the sunroof, and smoking is prohibited unless approved by the driver. Vehicles must not exceed their seating capacity.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be governed by Colorado law and resolved in Denver County courts.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any disruptions in service caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
